Self catering farm accommodation in East Devon - sleeping between 4-6 people - dogs welcome
The accommodation has a Four Star rating from VisitBritain and are self catering, fully equipped and furnished to a high standard. Each cottage has an electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, TV/Video and full central heating. All bed linen and towels are provided and cots and highchairs are available on request. A babysitting service is available. Adjoining the cottages is a scullery where visitors may use the washing machine and tumble dryer. There is ample parking in the courtyard and a large shared garden area. We also have a games room which is equipped with table tennis, snooker and table football. A small welcome pack is provided on arrival and we are happy to obtain any other provisions on your behalf if you let us know in advance. You are welcome to bring a well-behaved dog, by prior agreement. |
The cottages have been converted from the old milking parlours around the courtyard of the farm and enjoy sweeping views of the surrounding countryside.
Please note that all our self catering cottages are non-smoking.
The Shippen (sleeps 4)
This cottage comprises a spacious and sunny living room with woodburning stove and open plan kitchen/dining area with French doors opening onto the courtyard. From the living room a hallway leads to two bedrooms (one double and one twin) and the bathroom which has a shower over the bath. As the cottage is all on ground floor level with no steps it is wheelchair friendly.
This is a two storey cottage comprising an open plan kitchen and living room with French doors opening onto a south facing patio and the garden.There is also one twin bedroom on the ground floor with en-suite wc and washbasin. Upstairs there are two further bedrooms (one double and one twin) and a large bathroom with shower over the bath.
The Linney (sleeps 4)
This cottage is similar to Battens but without the ground floor bedroom.
